t.fusion™ powder coated wood is a winning design equation for sustainable, environmental stewardship:

  • MDF is a biodegradable substrate made from 100% recycled wood
  • Our powders contain no VOCs, HAPs, PVCs, heavy metals, or solvents
  • Over 90% of powder overspray is recovered and recycled back into the system to maximize material utilization
  • There is no off-gassing from the coating

We use the two highest grades of CARB Phase II MDF. In addition, you can specify the following types of wood, which can contribute to LEED points:

  • FSC® (FSC-C126714)-certified MDF*
  • No added urea formaldehyde (NAUF) MDF
  • FSC-certified NAUF MDF
