We are adamant about the quality of our product. We calibrate our machines daily; examine all incoming materials; purchase MDF just-in-time to maintain a fresh, consistent supply; and verify each incoming powder batch against a master.

We have dedicated lighting at each station to detect defects at all stages throughout our manufacturing process. Prior to assembly or shipping, we inspect all parts to ensure durability and proper component fit.

The following tests are extremely important since many properties are not easily visible to the naked eye:

  • Mil thickness
  • Cure
  • Adhesion
  • Color match
  • Color uniformity
  • Coverage uniformity
  • Gloss reading

After each part has been thoroughly reviewed, we custom package each job to reduce the risk of damage during shipping. In addition, BTD measures these key performance indicators to ensure we consistently meet the high standards you expect:

  • Defective Parts Per Million, measured per operation (DPPM)
  • Customer Complaints Per Million Opportunities (CCPMO)
  • First Pass Yield (FPY)
  • Complete and On-Time Delivery (COT)
